Help improve the future of healthcare technology by sharing your experiences with us.

How does it work?

If it looks like you might qualify for a study, we’ll contact you with a few follow-up questions to make sure you’re a good fit. If so, you’ll be invited to one of our locations to try out new medical devices and give feedback on your experience. Some studies may also be conducted in-home, or over the phone. After the session, we will pay you for your time! To keep up to date with opportunities to participate, be sure to check out our page on Facebook. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there risks associated with participating?
A: All studies are simulated, meaning you’ll only be acting out using a device. We will never ask you to inject yourself or to take medication.

Q: How long will it take?
A: Length of sessions may vary but on average a study session is one hour, and some studies may require multiple sessions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your session.

Q: How much will I be paid?
A: Compensation rates vary depending on the study. The average study pays $100 per hour.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: For most studies you only need to bring a valid form of ID. In certain cases we may ask you to bring a proof of your diagnosis, your prescription, your medical device, or your medical license number (for healthcare professionals only). Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: What if I need to cancel my session?
A: Please call us as soon as possible so we can try to reschedule your session. No-shows without prior notice will not be allowed to participate in future studies.
